How do I ensure I choose the correct size?
We highly recommend comparing your current measurements to our size chart. For the best fit, we also offer a 'Try-At-Home' program where you can order sample dresses to test for size and style before placing your final order.
How long does shipping take for made-to-order dresses?
Standard production and shipping for made-to-order dresses typically take 12-16 weeks. We suggest ordering at least 5 months before the wedding date to allow time for alterations.
Do you offer fabric swatches?
Yes, we offer fabric swatches in every color and material we carry. We recommend ordering swatches first, as colors may appear differently on digital screens than they do in person.
What is your return policy?
In-stock items and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery. However, because made-to-order dresses are created specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our production team. You have a 24-hour window to request changes or cancellations; after this period, the order is locked into production.
Are your dresses available in different lengths?
Most of our floor-length gowns are designed to accommodate heights up to 5'10" with heels. If you are taller or shorter, we recommend working with a local tailor for custom hem adjustments.
